- 怎麼跟夜市火鍋搭起的個緣份的呢 初到澎湖的學生或是阿兵哥又或者離鄉背井來到這個地方打拚的人 一定都有跟我一樣的感覺吧 夜晚到了 不免興起一股孤寂的感覺 接著肚子也餓了起來 想念起家鄉的媽媽 想起熱騰騰的白飯 覓食的活動就此展開了 聽同學們口中說道 西文祖師廟有個夜市 心裡不免就起了個大問號 :[ 什麼?????澎湖也有夜市喔?! ] 接著被帶到一個包的像粽子般的鐵皮搭起的不知道算路邊攤還算餐廳的地方 燈光昏昏暗暗的 招牌的夜市兩個字也快淡掉了 但是 推開帆布門 走入裡頭心中不由得尖叫起來 天阿!!!!!人也太多了吧 服務生ㄚ姨跑來跑去的 運匠先生勞工朋友們的喊拳聲 老闆娘也忙著招呼客人 建築物外表根本看不出來裡面居然藏了這麼多人 而且 好溫暖喔 裡頭的座位就像台灣的夜市一樣是低桌子低椅子 坐下來和旁邊的人就多了那份親近感 算鍋不算人 使得價錢非常便宜近人 對我們這些學生來說真是一大福音阿 常常來以後跟老闆也變熟了 得知這個徵文活動 便跑來採訪老闆
- 看起來不多話的老闆 說到創業史居然也滔滔不絕的跟我們分享了起來XD 彷彿年輕小夥子般的眼神 開始說起他如何隻身來到澎湖 每天只賣出一鍋到兩鍋 讓我感覺非常鮮甜的湯頭 老闆透漏採用每天當日採用雞骨熬製 堅持不把湯放到隔夜 用不完就整桶整桶的倒掉 眼淚往肚裡吞的艱辛過去 負責招呼客人結帳親切美麗的老板娘在招呼完客人也過來跟我們說到他們可以算是澎湖路邊攤火鍋的始祖 以前剛到澎湖被笑說夏天哪有人在吃火鍋呢 還被懷疑路邊攤東北季風起怎麼生存 結果居然被老闆克服了 他發明出拉鍊式的帆布設計 請業者來製作 造就出了我們在冬天依然有不怕風雨的場所提供我們三五好友聚及吃火鍋喝喝小酒的地方 不只這樣還聽到了讓我嚇一跳的訊息 老闆還有幫整個店包括食材包括客人投保呢 還頭一次聽見路邊攤也有保險的 可見雖然是路邊攤但是卻秉著處處替客人著想的服務業精神 老闆老闆娘的親切 店裡人聲鼎沸的溫暖 火鍋小炒的香氣四溢 好有家的感覺 老闆娘說他看著好多情侶來吃火鍋吃到都結婚生孩子再來吃的呢!!!! 甚至還常有畢業學生懷念再回來找她的呢!店裡不時可見到一群的日本人也會來吃呢 甚至還有日本旅遊網站來拍照回去PO在網路上呢!!真是不同凡響
- 因為來久了每每老闆娘在空閒的時候都會和你聊聊近況 話話家常 還有看起來有點小圓圓的阿姨也會很搞笑的和你聊天

- 推薦理由：
- 1.料理實在價位平易近人火鍋又是算鍋不算人數的 價錢很沒有負擔 老闆堅持”當天現熬湯頭” 絕對不使用味精 堅持雞骨熬製呢
- 三到四個人點一鍋火鍋加點一份肉一人一碗飯或再點個青菜一份肉差不多快三百塊 一個人大約70~85 就可以吃的飽足了呢 很便宜吧!!!!!!!就連日本人都常常來吃呢 可見其魅力不同凡響吧
- 2.特色小炒 澎湖人鮮少吃淡水魚類的 但是在這家店虱目魚頭料理卻是招牌菜 而且聽老闆說一個月可以賣出幾百顆呢 可見老闆的快炒功力 其他例如薑絲大腸 黃金炸豆腐也都是人氣快炒呢
- 3.矮桌子矮椅子 成為我再這裡的餐廳看到的特色之ㄧ 彼此靠著很近的品嘗美食 不由的就有種拉近距離的感覺 而且吃起東西來很輕鬆自在的FU喔 但是店裡可以容納將近150人 當然也有大桌子聚餐也很方便喔 特殊的建築設計 可以有路邊攤吃火鍋但是又不怕風雨的特別感受喔
